It all began with a kiss one winter evening at Shed 2....
This is a love story that starts with Chapter One at an institution all Hawke's Bay young people know well - Shed 2. A young, foxy blonde Nicola spied a tall dark and handsome stranger across the room and the rest, as they say, is history. It is a history that over almost a decade has seen these two support each other as professional rugby commitments have taken the pair across the world...and...importantly...back again to celebrate their wedding at The Old Church Winery in Hawkes Bay on a bright, blustery December day. As a Hawke's Bay wedding photographer, I can't imagine ordering up a better day - a pin-up couple who looked amazing, but also had a connection which meant when they were together the x-factor in their smiles radiated something special that just had me fizzing with every shot I took.

"Wow! Just at Auckland airport now and what a lovely departing gift with the blog...bought on goosebumps and a wet eye! Seriously your skills are amazing....I don't even remember seeing you take half these pics. We LOVE LOVE LOVE your blog and it captures it perfectly...welling up again thinking about it all. Can't say enough thanks to you Eva. The best decision was having you there to capture it." - Mrs. Nicola Brightwell
