Sam & Lara -Woodford House & The Mission By Michelle Fey
It gives us the greatest pleasure to introduce to you the latest newlyweds on the block....Mr. & Mrs. Scott. Michelle Fey was their photographer and when she first met Lara quite some time ago, there was much ooohing and ahhhing about the amazing dress that was planned. So much so she'd even written 'OMG the DRESS!' on her booking form as a reminder. I have to say she wasn't exaggerating. Channeling Deco elegance with a contemporary twist, this was one stylie bride who really knew how to do it her way. Little wonder Sam had a goofy grin on his face as his wife-to-be walked down the aisle of the beautiful Woodford House chapel where she had spent many hours as a schoolgirl singing hymns and listening to prayers, perhaps dreaming of this day...this location.
Thunder storms and weddings don't normally go hand in hand, right? When you see the dark blue, stormy skies set behind this newly minted man and wife on top of the world (which of course is Te Mata Peak), you'd have to reconsider that notion. Wowzers. What a shoot.
Michelle finished up with the bridal party at The Mission Estate winery in Taradale before settling in for some side-splitting and tear jerking speeches.
