Anyone planning a wedding knows they can be complicated. That's why we adore engagement sessions. They are, quite simply, about two people in love. There's no dress to fuss over, no bridal party looking on, no timelines to stick to beyond those set by Mother Nature and there aren't 100 people waiting for us to hurry up and be creative so the party can get started.

A few days before the chaos of their wedding, Jenna & Matt spent the Golden Hour with Eva at Te Mata Peak in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand - quite possibly the most beautiful space on Earth. We all loved it because it meant we had some unhurried time together before the wedding...to get in the zone with being photographed, to get comfy working together and - most importantly - to create something very special that was about the two of them and nothing else.
